About us

Primetric is the startup that created a comprehensive B2B SaaS tool for managing an IT business service companies. We are supported by the top investors from Poland and despite the early stage, we operate globally with large growth plans. Our clients are mainly small, and medium-sized Software Development companies across many countries (Poland, the USA, Germany, Australia, Thailand, India, and many more).

The management team consists of 3 founders that previously dealt with the development of technology companies and digital products dedicated to B2C, SME and corporate customers.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a team member who, working directly with the founders, will support them in their sales activities. We are looking for a person who has already had the first experience in B2B sales and is looking for a place where she can spread her wings and learn new things.

We are looking for a person that

  • perfectly knows English language - first of all, you will conduct sales talks and help our clients to implement Primetric,
  • has a minimum one year of work experience related to B2B sales (preferably IT products - B2B SaaS, Digital / Marketing Agency),
  • has high emotional intelligence and the ability to negotiate terms with the client,
  • is result-oriented and like proactive sales,
  • learns quickly, knowledge hungry, and wants to develop in IT sales,
  • is independent, self-reliant and able to take the initiative,
  • (optionally) knows the Pipedrive software

Your responsibilities

  • Conducting sales talks with the client,
  • Presentation of the tool during a video call,
  • Proactive sales,
  • Over time, implementing clients and maintaining relationships with them,
