Primetric is the startup that created a comprehensive B2B SaaS tool for managing an IT business service companies. We are supported by the top investors from Poland and despite the early stage, we operate globally with large growth plans. Our clients are mainly small, and medium-sized Digital Agencies and IT Consulting companies across 12 countries with more than 6000 users.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will be responsible for our clients implementation process. We are looking for a person who has already had his first experience in B2B sales / consulting / customer support and is looking for a place where he will be able to spread his wings and learn new things.

If you are a person that has great communication skills, quickly learn new things, and understand different use cases, we may be looking for you!

What we expect

  • Perfect English - first of all, you will be helping our clients in Primetric implementation process, and take care of positive relations with them,
  • Minimum one year of work experience related to sales / customer support in B2B (preferably IT products),
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to negotiate terms with the client,
  • Analytical approach combined with the ability to find solutions in response to challenges reported by customers,
  • You learn quickly, you are hungry for knowledge and want to develop in the field of Customer Support inIT,
  • You are independent, self-reliant and able to take the initiative,
  • Experience in handling Pipedrive, Slack and Trello is welcome.

What will you do

  • Helping our clients in the implementation process,
  • Presentation of the tool and the ability to conduct workshops during video calls,
  • Ongoing support, solving business and functional use cases,
  • Maintaining great relationships,
  • Cooperation with the Product Team in setting priorities and creating roadmap.

  • PLN 8,000 - 10,000 gross (B2B contract or the equivalent of this amount in any other contract),
