We are Primetric and we are a startup that has created a dynamically growing B2B SaaS tool dedicated to the IT service industry (Digital Agencies, IT Consulting).

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Ninja (ultimately Head of Growth) who will help us achieve ambitious growth goals, loves to work on funnels, and wants to join the core part of the team influencing the development strategy - read on if it's about you!

Who we are?

Primetric is a young, fast-growing organization in which the word "change" is definitely overused, and thus there are many interesting challenges and opportunities for quick learning :) There is no better environment for professional development than a growing startup that has just acquired another round of financing.

The SaaS we are developing is a tool that helps you manage your project portfolio, finances and people's work in one place. Our mission is to improve the work of IT managers and employees by providing the most important information on business, projects and people development. Currently, the tool is used by over 4,500 users across 12 countries.

We are supported by top investment funds: Venture Inc (founders of LiveChat, investors in Brand24, Infermedica), Tar Heel Capital, and WP2 Investments. This month, we acquired another investment round of 3 million.

Despite the early stage and fairly small team, we operate globally with large growth plans. Our clients are the best IT companies from the US, UK, Sweden, Poland and also more exotic countries (Australia, Thailand, India, South Africa).

How Marketing works in Primetric?

Marketing is now the main growth engine that brings new customers to the company. We work directly with the sales department, thanks to which we know what is happening "at the war front" and we can quickly confront our actions with the real needs of potential customers.

What is important to us is focusing on optimizing each stage of the sales funnel. We focus heavily on analytics, focusing both on the early stages of sales and on retention. Our goal is to find channels and customer acquisition methods that we will be able to scale effectively.

How do we work and what is the role of Outbound?

We work in marketing sprints, where we meet once a week and plan a work backlog. They often start with an analysis of current campaigns and progress. This is followed by brainstorming and creating new ideas (hypotheses for validation) in order to finally select the most interesting and plan them in time along with the verification process. Over and over again :)

When something works, we dress it into a repeatable process and extend it with a new workflow to increase conversion and build new points of contact.

Your task will be to support the above channel, but also to develop completely new channels for reaching customers.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a T-shape Marketer with a deep understanding of the B2B industry, who, having knowledge of various marketing channels, will be able to conduct effective lead generation campaigns, design and optimize funnels, as well as website conversion. Someone to hack the system like Elliot Alderson from Mr Robot ;)

We are not limited to any specific channels when it comes to your vertical. Just "show us what you've got" :)

You will be the perfect candidate if:

  • you have min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in the B2B industry (great if it was SaaS),
  • you know English at a minimum level of B2,
  • you have a confirmed track record / achievements that you can boast about,
  • creating tests, hypotheses and their validation based on measurable data (and god feelings!;)) are something natural for you,
  • you have strong analytical skills,
  • creativity and unconventional approach to the campaign is your middle name,
  • you are driven by the "Get Things Done" approach,
  • MS Excel / Google Spreadsheets including PivotTables shouldn't be a problem for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • planning and implementation of advertising campaigns aimed at building brand awareness,
  • planning and implementation of campaigns generating sales leads,
  • conducting activities in the field of inbound marketing, including the design and optimization of funnels,
  • testing, monitoring and optimization of conducted activities,
  • planning long-term marketing activities,
  • reporting of achieved results,
  • participation in other marketing activities and cooperation with the rest of the marketing team.
