Primetric is the startup that created a comprehensive B2B SaaS tool for managing an IT business service companies. We are supported by the top investors from Poland and despite the early stage, we operate globally with large growth plans. Our clients are mainly small, and medium-sized Digital Agencies and IT Consulting companies across many countries (the US, the UK, Poland, Germany, Australia, Thailand, India, and many more).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Designer responsible for creating Primetric's feature roadmap, designing world-class solutions for our clients, and improving the UX/UI of the application. If you are a person that is experienced in UX/UI and has gained mastery in prototyping, user testing, and business analysis, we may be looking for you!

What we expect

  • at least 3 years of work in a similar position - portfolio confirmed,
  • knowledge of the principles and good practices of UI / UX design,
  • knowledge of the rules of working with typography and colors,
  • ability to work with complex data,
  • ability to conduct workshops with the client, also in English,
  • ability to analyze requirements and "use cases",
  • knowledge of UI / UX metrics,
  • experience in working with developers,
  • knowledge of Figma is welcome, but if you have experience in anything else, don't worry, show your portfolio :)

What will you do

  • requirements analysis and application UI / UX design,
  • optimization of the current layouts / views of the application,
  • preparation of mockups and prototypes as well as detailed projects,
  • introduction and monitoring of UI / UX metrics to the design process,
  • conducting UI / UX workshops,
  • work on the application interface from design to implementation,
  • shift management,
  • usability analysis,
  • proposing improvements,
  • cooperation with QA.
