It all started, when Primetric's founders were managing a software development company with over 70 employees on board. As operations scaled, they grew frustrated by how difficult it was to balance everyone's workload, forecast profitability across the projects, and how much time they spent in meetings. They lacked "one source of truth" about crucial indicators of their business.
Along with the rapid growth of the company they sold their shares and started working on Primetric. After talking to over 1,000 software development companies, Primetric was born and still is driven by the voice of customers.
