How long will it take to implement Primetric in my company?
Depending on the size of your company and your availability, it takes from 1 to 4 weeks. You can find more info about the recommended implementation process and how we can help you during it here.
Do you provide customer support?
Of course! Your satisfaction is what drives us. That’s why you receive a dedicated consultant available for you via video calls, phone, WhatsApp, LiveChat, Support Center, and e-mail. Note that our consultants always have experience in the IT industry, so they understand the needs and processes of IT companies.
Is it possible to request a new feature or integration?
Sure, you can do it any time by contacting your dedicated consultant or making a request via our Help Center. After that, we will determine the scope and delivery timeline, so you can track the feature/integration progress.
What is your return policy?
If you pay on a monthly basis, you can always cancel your plan so we won’t charge you for the next months. If you pay annually, the return policy depends on the Master Service Agreement we signed. In most cases, if you cancel a plan earlier, we will return the cost of the months left on your plan until the end of the agreement.
What currencies do you support?
We currently support USD, EUR, and PLN.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept traditional bank transfers, online payments, and credit card payments. The settlement of transactions by credit card and e-transfer is carried out through PayPal and Stripe.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your plan anytime.
How safe is your solution?
User safety is top priority for us. That is why we are GDPR compliant, complete backups every 24 hours, and make sure that each customer has their own database that is not connected with others. Our certified partner carries out periodic penetration tests as well. We also follow the security standards for every SaaS product on the market.
Are you compliant with the GDPR?
Of course! If you are located in the EU, we can also sign the Data Processing Agreement which you can find here.
Is there a way to implement Primetric on a private server?
Yes, but only as part of the Enterprise Plan. Contact us to get more information.
Do you support different time zones?
Yes. If your employees are located in different countries, Primetric will adjust to their specific time zone. You can find more here.
Is it possible to export all the data stored in Primetric?
Yes. To do that, just export data using Primetric's native export options.
Is it possible to import data from another system without integrations?
